The transaction has been approved by regulators in various jurisdictions, including Germany, the US, and the UK.

The first joint public appearance of DN Solutions and HELLER will take place at SIMTOS in Seoul in April 2026, marking the starting point for presenting the combined strengths of both companies to the market.
